Our commitment

HandyCapable aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is an ongoing process here, not a one-off fix: we review this site regularly and will address issues as they come to light.

What we've built

  • Semantic page structure that works with assistive technologies
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a skip link
  • Visible focus indicators so you can always see where you are
  • Colour contrast meeting AA requirements
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences
  • Descriptive form labels and live status announcements for screen readers

How to report a problem

If something on this site is hard to use or doesn't work for you, please tell us. The most reliable way is the enquiry form on the homepage — we'll pick it up and work to fix the issue.
